1. Set up the main accounts needed for  - a facebook page, twitter name  & linkedin company profile
2. Syndicate blog or RSS content using either Twitterfeed
3. Use Tweetdeck to post to multiple social media accounts
4. Add Facebook Likes to your website
5. Join other peoples groups on Facebook & Linkedin  - make posts on relevant groups
6. Create your own groups – if no relevant groups or key target areas
7. Use # to target words in tweets
8. Tag people on your facebook wall posts
9. Follow people you want to follow you on Twitter
10. Use Metricly to measure results
